This lavish villa has six spacious bedrooms with air-conditioning, and crisp comfortable linens for that perfect night’s sleep. Three of the rooms are fitted with double beds while the last three have two single beds each. These can be pushed together to form double beds if desired.

Outside you can find two outdoor lounge areas that will make you want to spend your whole days outside in the fresh air. The terraces are elegantly furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs so that you can serve extraordinary meals outside al fresco style. You can light up the BBQ in the covered barbeque area and cook in the company of your loved ones. There is even a spacious fridge to store fresh produce here.
A large swimming pool provides the perfect spot to cool off and it’s been recently renovated, retiled, and Roman steps have been added. There’s a lovely Balinese day bed to relax on while reading a great piece of literature with your favorite drink. There are extra sun beds available if needed.
You can enjoy magical meals with your close ones around the dining table in the spacious dining room with traditional Spanish-style lighting and walls. The kitchen is conveniently located adjacent to this space with modern amenities to help you cook whatever you desire. There is also an antique fireplace here that is traditionally found in old Mallorcan houses.
The living room provides a cozy space to spend time with your loved ones. A large leisure room can be found on the ground floor with a 65-inch TV, a chaise lounge, table football, and more.
If you are arriving by car, you will find private parking on the property. There is free WIFI throughout the property and bed linens and towels are provided.
You can find Tomir Mountain less than seven kilometres from Atrium House. Here you can enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding area. Cala Barques is a short drive away, while the Alcudia Old Town can be found just ten km from the villa. You can stroll along the cobbled streets and visit the nearby souvenir shops.
10/10I totally recommend this villa. Perfectly located like 5min drive away from Pollença village where you can find all the facilities needed (wine/liquor shops, local market, LIDL, gas station, etc). The house itself is perfectly well thought, with individual bathrooms (4 inside + 1 outside by the pool and super convenient). Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and overviews the pool and the garden. Parking slot for 2/3 cars, local farm right by the house so you wake up with the sound of the animals. During our stay a house cleaning lady came to refresh rooms and bathrooms and to bring new towels. There’s an exterior fridge, very convenient, by the bbq (though the door is needed to be fixed). Also you can find a laundry room very convenient for a long stay. We were a party of 10 people and the house is clearly big enough and rooms well isolated. Amazing beaches are like 20min drive away from the villa - and not to worry about the cleanliness of the pool which is visited and cleaned several times during the stay by the staff. Well we only wish we could have stayed longer!

10/10We had a wonderful stay at Jaume Ramona’s house. The house is surrounded by nature and a farm. Everything is incredibly pretty, from the garden, to the spacious rooms and the kitchen. The view of the Tramuntana mountains is breathtaking. We had great runs in the morning and beautiful stays and dinners by the pool.
