Villa Panada, a charming two-storey rustic design home in Mallorca, is located between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa. The villa has two floors, but only the ground floor can be rented. The charming villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a covered barbecue area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living area. There is also a small, well-managed, decorated dining area, laundry area, and a large swimming area. This home is an excellent choice for families with young children or small groups of friends who are travelling together.
There are three cozy, air-conditioned rooms in Villa Panada. One of the rooms features a double bed and the two remaining rooms are fitted with twin beds. The elegantly designed bedrooms have wooden accents and furnishings for a rustic vibe and can sleep up to six people. The double room features a cozy queen bed with silky white linens while the other two rooms are fitted with twin beds. The rooms all share a lovely bathroom with a bathtub, shower, high quality toiletries and vanities for your complete comfort.

The beautiful outdoor areas will make you feel like you are in your own tranquil oasis. The large semi-outdoor terrace is an excellent place to start your days with a coffee in the fresh air while admiring the lovely views. You can go for refreshing dips in the 4m x 8m swimming pool or relax on the sun loungers. The small garden is perfectly pruned with flowers that gently perfume the air. You can also find a full bathroom outside with a bathtub, shower, toiletries, and vanities. There’s also a washing machine in the space.
The main entrance is located in the parking lot and you’ll find a cozy living and dining room upon entering the space. The traditional is seamlessly blended with the modern in Villa Panada with plush sofas and a big TV to enjoy movie nights. You can find a wooden dining table that can seat six people in the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the terrace and is equipped with a toaster, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, gas stove, microwave, built-in oven, microwave, and cutleries as well as cooking appliances. There’s a large barbecue area with a fireplace, wood oven and sink to create impressive feasts.
A dedicated and friendly team will make sure that your stay is as peaceful as possible. Linen and towel change is provided every 5 and 7 days by the housekeepers who also make sure the property is clean. If you arrive by car, you can have open-air parking by reservations only. The family friendly villa has baby cots and highchairs for the little ones. Other requests like dining arrangements, and grocery shopping can be arranged by the staff at an extra cost.
It's easy to understand why you find it difficult to leave the villa with such luxury. You can stroll from the property to the supermarket, only 300m away. Here you can easily shop for pantry supplies as well as essentials. The Pollensa town centre is a 1.75km drive away and offers a glimpse into the Mallorcan culture and lifestyle. There are many historical sites, restaurants, and shops. The popular Puerto Pollensa is just 5 km away for those who want to spend the day at the beach.
10/10Villa Panada is not centrally located. Nevertheless, you have good opportunities to go shopping (Lidl is only a few meters away). A nice quiet area where you can also have your peace but still see a lot. The communication was great as the company was always easily accessible! They even sent us offers for car rentals, which was very sweet. Can highly recommend the villa. But rather suitable for good weather, as the inside area is not as cozy as you imagine at a villa. Nevertheless, good bedrooms and a living room to sit together.
