The bedrooms are on the first level, accessible by a staircase. There are three bedrooms in all, and each one has a double bed. The rooms are very spacious featuring traditional décor, hardwood flooring, a stone archway, and a couch area. There is more than enough space for everyone, and there are two bathrooms that are modernly furnished. The master suite's en-suite bathroom has a hot tub, making your stay more luxurious. With windows that face out into the lush garden and picturesque surroundings, each bedroom is drenched with natural light filters throughout the day.

The lush foliage abounds, and the early sun is soothing while you relax on the sun loungers. In the former stable area, there is a delightful kitchenette with a BBQ and additional seating. There are quiet corners where you can loosen up with a book and a cup of tea while admiring the Majorcan beautiful sky. The great outdoors offers you plenty of chances to take in the scenery, dine outside, and have fresh perspectives.
Villa Parchment is equipped with all the conveniences you could want for a quiet and enjoyable vacation. A generally ambient and refreshing environment has resulted from the owner's meticulous attention to detail in the home's design. The terrace , which almost completely encircles the house, provides spectacular views. A dining table with sturdy chairs is the perfect atmosphere for leisurely dinners with the entire party. This kind of view will make your stay at least twice as delightful as it is. The home has air-conditioning and free WiFi is provided. The villa also includes a TV, an outside BBQ, a pool, a washing machine, a dishwasher and lounge chairs.

The villa is located in the centre of Pollensa, just a couple of minutes' walk from the main plaza. Every week there is magnificent Sunday market to stock on some souvenirs. You can also explore the wide variety of cafes, restaurants, and stores. The Lluc Monastery is 35 km away and Cape Formentor is 27 km from the villa. You will fall in love with the town by exploring the back alleyways and discovering the many nearby churches, and museums. Pollensa has a lovely environment with traditional brick constructions and historical sites. Spend a day relaxing on the sand and cooling off in the crystal-clear waters of the beach, which is only 7 kilometres away.
9.2/10This was a wonderful home for our week in Pollenca. Just a few minutes from the main square at the bottom of the Calvari Steps, it was ideally located for enjoying this wonderful little town. The house is spacious and well equipped - the sizeable private pool and outdoor bbq set up was wonderful, coupled with shaded seating areas, meant that we enjoyed most our time outside. There is no parking, but after drop off there are public car parks approximately 10-15 minutes walk. Be aware that the floor is laid out over 3 floors with large steps between each one - and the pool/bbq/bathroom being 1 floor up from the kitchen/living space - however the minor workout that resulted from this was a small price to pay from what was an excellent trip. We hope to return!
