Villa Pontarro has 2 bedrooms furnished and designed similarly. The first bedroom has a double bed and the other a twin bed. The rooms are simply furnished with wood elements in the side tables, headrest, and framed windows. A rattan couch is found in both bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite, modern bathroom with a bathtub. The other one has a shower room.

As you arrive through the gated driveway on the parking grounds of the property, you will be blown away by the beauty of the natural setting. There you will find the covered terrace with outdoor furniture to relax or share meals. This terrace leads to another terrace, and then to the rectangular saltwater pool with Roman steps. The pool is also gated for the safety of your little ones. For hours of lounging in the sun, there are sun beds conveniently placed around the pool. The brick-built barbeque is perfect for whipping up a delicious feast served al fresco under the stars.
Traditional Mallorcan style is well-blended with a modern look at Villa Pontarro. Wooden beams and several arches add to the charm of the space, with large, tiled flooring and charming stone walls. The open lounge has comfortable fabric sofas and a dining area to serve meals for the family or for your friends. You can also enjoy quick bites by the breakfast bar. You will not be disappointed by the well-equipped kitchen which is a blend of classical and contemporary styles. You can open up the whole space but opening the lounge doors that lead out to the covered terrace.
Your safety is top priority at Villa Pontarro. Not only is the property gated, but the property is fully sanitised and disinfected between stays. Complimentary services at the villa include air-conditioning from 2-4 pm and 8 pm to 8 am daily, mid-stay cleaning, baby cot/crib, and highchairs. The dedicated staff will gladly help you with any request.
The villa’s location is ideal for exploring the old town of Pollensa which is only 1.5km away. The shops of Eroski Pollensa can be found less than 2km from the villa. For those who love golf, the Pollensa Golf Course is only 4.4 km, which is a short drive. If you want to spend a day by the beach, the Cala Carbo – Cala San Vicente rock beach is 7 km from Villa Pontarro.
10/10The finca is great for relaxing and switching off from everyday life. It's as described and easy to find. A car is highly recommended. We would book this accommodation again.

10/10The Villa was as per the pictures visible on the website. We loved the outdoor area, it was lovely to hear the birds in the garden while having our breakfast. The house is also well equipped and the location was perfect for us as it was quiet and at the same time it was very easy to visit the surrounding area.
