Villa Rotger

Villa Rotger has three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one with twin beds. All the rooms are bright, and airy and have timed air conditioning for local energy saving. The bedrooms have lovely paintings donning their walls and colourful sheets and covers on the beds. A stylish table with drawers and two comfortable leather chairs are placed in one of the double rooms. It opens up to the outdoor terrace, so you have a nice view of the outside. All three bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower room. All the rooms have vibrant tones to give your holiday a cheerful feel.

Villa Rotger has a wide swimming pool of 10x 4.5 mt which is surrounded by sun loungers. There is a small seating space with a parasol and four chairs to enjoy cold drinks or quick snacks after a swim. An entire patch of purple flowering shrubs on one of its sides looks very enticing to click your pictures with it as the backdrop. The villa has a shaded outdoor terrace with a circular table and cushioned chairs to sit and eat together. There is another dining table with 6 chairs, suited for your elaborate outdoor dinners. At the pool level, there is a shaded terrace which has separate seating and some outdoor games like billiards and table tennis. So challenge your friends and fam to a game and have a memorable time at this luxurious private home. There is a stone-built barbecue section too.

The purple colour sofa and complimenting chairs in the living room give such a lovely appearance to Villa Rotger’s interiors. It has a flatscreen TV for guests’ entertainment. There is a small fireplace too. The living room is directly connected to the outdoor terrace. On one side of the room is the indoor dining section. The home has a fully furnished kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware. It has a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The kitchen exit opens to the covered verandah. There is an indoor dining table in the kitchen, so you can enjoy your meals hot. A few potted plants are placed within the home to add to the pleasant interiors.

Villa Rotger has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. In case, you need more assistance, a well-trained concierge staff will be available for additional needs. We will provide you with fresh bathroom towels and bed linen. We have regular housekeeping provisions to maintain the upkeep of the home. If you have little guests with you, you can request a baby cot/crib. The villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
