Villa Can Bauza has 4 bedrooms spread over two floors. They all have modern design with traditional wooden elements as seen in the headrest, side desks, and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has a double bed and its own family shower room. The remaining rooms are on the first floor. One has a double bed, and the other two have twin beds. The rooms have floor-to ceiling glass doors that open to wonderful private terraces. Here you can admire the poolside and local pine trees. An ensuite bathroom can be found in the double room, and the twin rooms share a family bathroom with a bathtub. The bathroom design is modern with off-white wall tiles and motif-designed floor tiles.

The setup of Villa Can Bauza is ideal for al fresco living and you can serve magnificent dinners on the glass table on the patio overlooking the pool. The swimming pool is long enough to swim laps and you can also lounge on the sun beds. If you like cooking, you’ll love the brick-built barbecue to prepare elaborate dinners for your family or friends.
You will feel at home in the welcoming atmosphere of Villa Can Bauza. There’s a good distance between the front and the back of the property, starting in the living area that features comfortable sofas to lounge on and watch TV. The second space you will arrive at is the dining area which gives you an indoor dining option. The next space is the hallway where you can enter the fully equipped kitchen that has all you need. There is a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a smaller dining table here that’s convenient for quicker meals.
For those arriving by car, a convenient parking space is included in the garage. For your safety and comfort, the space is fully cleaned and disinfected between guests. Complimentary services and amenities include internet access, mid-stay cleaning, baby cot/crib, highchairs, and free air-conditioning between 2-4 pm and 8 pm to 8 am daily.
When you stay at Villa Can Bauza, you’ll be close to the beach—Llosa de la Gola sand beach is only 300 meters away. Another 200 meters and you will be in the town center of Port de Pollenca. There’s also Port Estret here which hosts a good number of shops. If you travel 11 km, you can practice your swing on the Pollensa golf course.
9.6/10Great private swimming pool. Good location 5 min walk from the beach and 10 minutes to the start of the main restaurant boardwalk. 10 min walk to a large supermarket. We lived here two families with no car without issues. ACs in all bedrooms, but not in the other rooms. Kitchen is somewhat limited, but we were able to cook dinner and breakfast ourselves.

10/10This is a very bright and spacious villa in a good location, about 5mins walk from the beach, 5 mins from a bus stop to Palma / Pollensa and 15 min walk from the centre of Puerto Pollensa. We stayed in April and thought it was really excellent value for money. Check in was easy and communication with the host company responsive. We would definitely return. Thank you for having us!
