This wonderful 2-bedroom villa is situated in the lovely village of Santa Margalida. The idyllic villa is nestled upon a large plot of land and features a shimmering private pool, lovely terrace, and sun loungers. The interiors are spread over one story and exude a welcoming ambiance for a relaxing vacation for up to 4 guests.
Although there's only 1 bedroom in the villa, it can accommodate up to four people. The room has a double bed and a wooden double-decker, ideal for families with kids. A unique wooden stairway connects the two bunks instead of traditional vertical steps. The space also has a sofa-style side couch for guests to relax on.

Villa Sa Caseta de Vernissa's outdoor area includes a sparkling swimming pool and a terrace with stone paving. It is lined with sunbeds for guests to relax after a swim, dip, or read a book with a glass of wine. It is surrounded by tall palm trees and fir trees. The alfresco dining area is not to be missed. It features coloured garden benches, tables, and an outdoor barbecue pit that guests can use. This makes it an excellent backdrop for taking pictures and poses. A balcony-like elevated space completes the outdoor area with sun beds and more places to relax under the bright sunshine.
The lovely interiors are clean and tidy with a minimalist design. Your guests will be delighted by the bright and airy interiors due to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The living room, which includes a fireplace, is on the opposite side of the studio bedroom. The dining area is located opposite the open-plan vitroceramic kitchen, which has a tiled top and is equipped with all the amenities you need to cook.
Free parking is available on the property. Guests can also use the complimentary WiFi Internet. The service personnel will change your bed linens and towels every 7 days. Guests who need cots or cribs to keep their toddlers safe can ask for them at a nominal additional charge.
From the ideal location of the villa you can explore the charming town of Santa Margalida where you can admire traditional architecture and views of rolling hills and countryside. Stock up on fresh local produce from the Santa Margalida food market. There are several restaurants to try out and an art and entertainment scene in Menestralia and Zarzales.
10/10We had a wonderful stay at Margalida’s and Toni’s place. They are so nice people, friendly and helpful. The finca was perfect for us with two children (5, 7), cozy and clean, we didn‘t miss anything. The only problem- time runned too fast. (-; We‘ll definitively come back!!
10/10We had a wonderful stay here, the home, pool, and surroundings are beautiful and the owners made us feel right at home from day one! Our flight was 3 hours late and they still waited up for us until the early hours so we could check in and were very understanding/accommodating. Thank you so much for making our holiday in Mallorca even better!
