If you’d prefer some time in the shade, head over to the shaded al fresco living area, where you can read, socialise or sip a glass of local wine. The sunset and rumbling tummies call for someone to fire up the barbecue to prepare a grilled feast which can be eaten around the al fresco dining table, which is located is one of the most picturesque parts of the grounds.
The interiors at Villa Miranda are comfortable and welcoming, designed in neutral tones, and with hints of traditional Finca style brought through beamed ceilings and typical tiling. Other than the bedrooms, the most important room of any house is surely the living room, where you might relax in the afternoon watching TV from the comfort of one of the plush sofas or armchairs, while enjoying the cool temperature from the air-conditioning. Elsewhere in the villa, you’ll be delighted to find a fully-equipped kitchen which has everything that you need for a self-catering getaway, including a stove, fridge-freezer, oven and dishwasher. Villa Miranda is located between the two traditional towns of Campos and Felanitx in South Eastern Mallorca, an area particularly known for its many vineyards and wineries. Felanitx, the better known of the two towns and administrative capital of the area is popular for its delightful old town which has plenty of drinking, dining and shopping options, and Santuari Castle which overlooks the town from the top of a hill. If you’d like to take a beach day, head to Porto Colom, a popular resort town with fabulous beaches and picturesque views.
