Villa Andratx

Villa Andratx has five bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and the other three rooms have two single beds. of the rooms is on the ground floor with an attached toilet. A fleet of stairs leads you to the first floor which has the other 4 bedrooms. One of the rooms on the upper level has a double bed and ensuite washroom. The other rooms have 2 single beds. These beds can be attached together to form one big bed, as per your needs. There are two washrooms upstairs, one has a bathtub and the other with a shower unit. The rooms are simple yet elegant with a few paintings on the wall, small wardrobe units and windows that ensure enough brightness. One of the rooms has a small bookshelf and desk.

Villa Andratx is located in a farm amidst nature so you have quiet but pleasant outdoors. The large terrace gives you unobstructed views of the forest trees, mountains and a bit of sea in far distance. You can sip your warm cup of coffee here or enjoy delicious meals as it is furnished with a dining table and chairs. There is a small garden around the home for walks during the day. If the weather feels too hot, you can easily cool off in the pool and relax on the sun loungers around. The poolside has to be accessed with a few steps, as it is below the main home level. There is also a provision for BBQ by the poolside.

The interiors of Villa Andratx retain a bit of traditional Mallorcan homes. So you will see a lot of wooden artefacts, decorative plates on the walls, antique style furniture and lights in the rooms. Distinctive tiled stairs lead you to the upper levels of the home. The living room has a satellite TV for guests’ entertainment featuring shows in multiple languages. The living room has a big wall unit with several books and collections, so you can easily get some holiday reading done. There is a fireplace as well. There is a separate dining room with a long dining table next to the kitchen. This entire room is dotted with attractive painted plates. If you love playing piano, then there is one, right next to the dining room. The alleys of the home are well-lit with lamps and have a few ancient paintings. You can also have a lovely feast for the whole family in the fully equipped kitchen that has a gas hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances.

We have a trained staff to help you with all your additional service needs. There are regular housekeeping services and linen and towel changes once a week. We provide a final cleaning. There is a parking space for 3 vehicles on site. Our concierge can also help you plan sightseeing around town.
