Spacious, light, comfortable apartment close to town, groceries and a short walk to the beach. Very quiet in spite of the busy street. Well-equipped rooms and kitchen, nice bathrooms, big balcony with a drying rack for clothes. Good air conditioning, although on a timer. Garbage bags should be provided for the kitchen. A user manual for the washing machine and general welcome info with an overview and practical tips like recycling instructions would be helpful.
