There are 4 bedrooms in the house for a family of 8. It also accepts groups of friends. The house is built on a single level, so the guests can stay close to each other, perfect for an intimate vacation. Two bedrooms have double beds and the others have twins. Each bed is made of wrought iron but the bedrooms all have their distinct personalities. You will find built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage and hanging space, a chest of drawers, bedside tables, and large windows that offer countryside and pool views. You will always be close to the outdoor area as this is a single-story house.

The villa has three bathrooms with washbasins and large mirrors. Two of them have showers and one has a bathtub. There is also a hair dryer.

The villa is spread over a massive 15,000-square-meter private plot. The estate is a tropical paradise, a world of peace and calm. It feels like a forest. You will find hundreds of tall trees and native plants of Mallorca. A wall surrounds the estate, so you can freely roam around without any worries.

There is a beautifully maintained lawn in front of the house where you can lie back to catch the warm sun. Beside this is a private swimming pool where you can swim anytime you want. Several loungers are placed on the deck and also on the lawn. On one side, you will find an outdoor dining table. Just steps away, there is an outdoor brick barbecue. A shaded verandah also has a second outdoor dining table and a lounging area with sofas.

The interior showcases a typical Mallorcan country home design. You will see the traditional terracotta flooring and wooden-beamed ceiling running through the house. The living room has leather armchairs and an L-shaped sofa that can comfortably seat the entire family. There is a large-screen television and a Bluetooth tower speaker.

The large open living room connects to the kitchen. Here, you will find an oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and washing machine. Cups, plates, and glasses are provided. There is also a table in the kitchen for your home-cooked meals. Of course, you can eat in the shaded verandah and also beside the pool.

Villa Marina Calas is a self-service rental property that has everything for the comfort and convenience of the guests. There are many chill-out areas for you to relax and enjoy the views. There is an iron, an ironing board, and a washing machine. The pool is properly cleaned and chlorinated. The outdoor barbecue is ready for use. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms for a fixed time daily.
