Consisting of 2 bedrooms for 4 guests, one of them is fitted with a queen-sized bed in a 4-poster frame with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub, and the other has 2 single beds. With bed frames and headrests that are made out of wood, complemented by wooden window frames and wooden ceiling beams, guests will immediately feel right at home and at ease. There are also small side desks and antiques that all help to enhance the rustic and cosy vibes within.

The outdoor grounds of Villa Cas Frares are lovely and spacious, with a well-maintained garden and a few tree plantations. Start off with the swimming pool measuring 9m X 4.5m, lined with sun loungers for guests to relax on. By the paved terrace is where guests can find an alfresco dining area with outdoor wicker furniture for its dining table and chairs, a high bar-like table that can serve as a drinks table, as well as BBQ equipment for guests to cook their meals on. All around the property are the pretty gardens which guests can take their leisurely strolls there each day.
Step indoors and the first space to greet guests is the living room with a nice little fireplace and comfortable sofa couches for guests to laze around, with framed windows allowing for sunlight and breeze to stream in. Just adjacent to this same space is the dining area with its oval-shaped wooden dining table and chairs, where double wooden doors here open out to the outdoors, and wooden ceiling beams all add character to the home. Decoration in the form of small paintings find themselves on the walls throughout, while the fully-equipped kitchen with its wooden cabinets and storage drawers, with appliances including a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine among others bring lustre to this countryside property.
The villa is equipped with child-friendly facilities including a baby chair and a cot, as well as a washing machine and dryer for laundry needs. Guests will also have complimentary WiFi Internet connection and air-conditioning, and provided with fresh bed linens and pool towels throughout their stay too.
The villa is located in the town of Santa Maria del Cami, which is in the central area of Mallorca. It is about 14km from the city of Palma, and has various sites that guests can visit, including the Plaza dels Hostals as the town’s most modern and commercial hub consisting of bars, restaurants, bakeries and other businesses. There is also the town square that guests can explore as it is surrounded by ancient buildings of the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, including the town hall.
