Consisting of 6 bedrooms for 12 guests, they are spread over the ground level and upstairs on the first floor. The first 2 rooms on the ground floor are made up of 1 with a double bed configuration, and the other with 2 single beds, sharing a fully-equipped bathroom and another separate bathroom on this level. Meanwhile on the first level, the 4 remaining bedrooms are found, where 2 are with double beds, 1 with bunk bedding and the other with 2 single beds. The rooms are similar in design and style with wooden bed frames, simple decor and wooden window frames that let in sunlight for a bright and comfortable ambiance.

The outdoor grounds of Villa Sa Cabaneta are equipped with a host of amenities for guests to spend their leisure time at. First up is the large swimming pool measuring 5m X 10m that comes with an extended terrace filled with sunbeds and umbrellas, while surrounded by potted plants and a small lawn patch that adds a nice touch of green to the overall space. A shaded lounge area with a thatched roofing renders the vibe of a shack and has a separate barbeque space for guests to prepare their grilled food in the evenings. There is also an outdoor terrace on the upper level of the house that looks out to the scenic views of the city, while those who love a game of tennis or two can try their hands out at the tennis court.

This villa has a differentiation aspect in which its uniqueness lies in the double living rooms and double kitchens for each of the 2 floors. While the ground floor’s living rooms come built in with a fireplace, the ones on the upper floor are more spacious while beautifully enhanced by paintings and other antique elements. There is also a wooden cabinet decked with decorative glassware and fitted with large windows that keep the villa bright and airy. Wooden furnishings and furniture are mostly used in all of the spaces with modern appliances keeping the villa up-to-date and in trend with contemporary living. There is also a games room for some table tennis and other indoor games that guests can have fun with.

The villa is equipped with air-conditioning for all of its rooms and complimentary WiFi Internet access. Heating facility is also provided during the cooler season, and there is also a washing machine for guests to attend to their laundry needs. The staff will provide for clean bed linens, bath towels and bedsheets, and also baby high chairs or cots upon request.
