Villa Marc

During your holiday at Villa Marc, your private sanctuary will be one of the four cosy bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are designed in a traditional style with high, beamed ceilings and warm-toned terracotta tiles. Furthermore, with comfortable mattresses, crisp linens and air-conditioning you’ve got everything that you need to enjoy a deep night’s sleep no matter the time of year. The master bedroom features a wide double bed and has access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is one other double bedrooms and two twin rooms, one of which is especially large, has direct patio access and features a sofa.

You could spend many long afternoons lounging in the Mallorcan sun and spending time with your family in the privacy of the sprawling Villa Marc garden. When you first exit the house, you’ll find yourself on the terracotta tiles, shaded veranda, which is furnished with an outdoor living and casual dining area. As you sip your cup of coffee from the comfort of a rattan armchair, gaze out over the manicured lawns and watch your children as they play on the grass or splash in the 8x4 metro pool. As the sun begins to set over the mountains in the distance, it’s time for someone to fire up the state-of-the-art barbecue. While dinner is being prepared, unease your competitive side with a game of table tennis before the whole family gathers around the al fresco dining table on the atmospheric dining terrace.

The indoor areas at Villa Marc are consistently designed in a cosy, traditional style, reminiscent of a typical Mallorcan Finca. The main room is a large living room, with plush, elegant sofas and armchairs, arranged in front of a vintage stone fireplace. This is the perfect place to lounge on a couch or play a board game around the coffee table during the heat of the afternoon, as you enjoy the cool air from the air-conditioning. If you choose not to eat at one of the delightful restaurants in Pollensa, you can prepare your dinner in the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find everything that you need to be fully self-sufficient, including a stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

While you stay at Villa Marc you’ll be taken care of by a local team who will produce twice weekly cleaning as well as fresh towels and linens. All of the most basic modern conveniences including WiFi, air-conditioning and parking are all included free of charge.
