There are three cozy bedrooms on the property—one double and two twin bedrooms with elegant furnishings and finishes. All rooms are fitted with plush beds and fresh linens with tasteful décor. The bedrooms have air-conditioning and heating for guests on a timer from 2-4 pm and from 8 pm to 8 am.
The cozy double bedroom has French doors leading out to the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
The two twin bed rooms are bright with charming wooden furniture and have big windows with views of the gardens. They share a family bathroom with a bath and shower. The bathrooms are supplied with fresh towels and a hairdryer for your comfort.

The warm interiors feature a Spanish style throughout one single story in this 133 m2 home. The property has an open-plan layout with spacious living areas and terrace doors leading outside. A plush lounge area has cozy sofas perfect for relaxing and playing games with your loved ones. The living room has WIFI, a satellite TV, and a DVD player for your enjoyment.
The dining area is next to the fully equipped kitchen. The delightful space has a big wooden table and chairs where you can share great food and wonderful conversation, and laugh. The modern kitchen has everything you need to create a fantastic meal. Here you can find a refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and utensils. The kitchen also has a smaller dining table where you can enjoy a lighter meal.
A dedicated team makes sure the villa is squeaky clean. Before guests check in the villa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, mid stay there is another cleaning, and a final one upon departure.
Check in available out of hours and from 5pm to 3am every day, with check-out time at 10 am.
WIFI is available throughout the property and car parking is available on site. Electric cars can charge it on the property at a cost of 14.29 euros per night.
Full air conditioning is available upon request, along with daily cleaning service, laundry and ironing, all at extra charge.
The lovely villa is located only a few minutes drive from the nearest supermarket and the delightful town of Pollensa. The gorgeous Cala Sant Vicente beach is only 5 kms from the villa. Pollensa is an ancient town with a beautiful town square, extraordinary views from the top of Puig de Pollenca, and a wide range of exceptional restaurants and bars. The Roman empire left many remnants of their time in this area, for example the El Pont Roma that is still in use to this day. There are also remnants of the Moors and the Knights Templar for those interested.
Head to Puerto de Pollensa, which is a charming harbor town with white sands, azure waters and an abundance of activities to partake in. Cala Sant Vicente is an exquisite secluded cove with a lovely white sand beach and calm turquoise waters.

10/10We had a very nice time in this large and neat house. The location is perfect with small children: close to shops, port de pollença (eateries and beaches) and yet quiet. You have both shade and sun outside. We have breakfast in the sun on the terrace of the main bedroom. The pool (and all the rest) is super well maintained. The bathroom has been renovated/modern and is very pleasant. The kitchen is large and equipped (although we never cooked because of the tasty eateries nearby).
9.6/10Our stay at the villa was magnificent. It was clean and cosy. The villa was located at the end of a country road, so it was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool the bbq and everything else. Just the tv or satellite wasnt working. But maybe that was because we were too stupid to find the right settings. Anyway everything was great, we would recommend a stay there to everyone we know.
