Villa Sa Rota

There are three simply decorated bedrooms in the villa, all with a rustic charm. The first bedroom features a double bed, large wooden wardrobe, a wooden chest of drawers, rattan chairs, and a large window offering lovely views. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. It has a chest of drawers for your belongings. The third bedroom has one single bed. The rooms all share 2 family bathrooms with high quality shows, toiletries, and vanities. You can also find bath and hand towels.

There is an abundance of space as the property stretches over six acres of lush, enclosed grounds. A long shaded terrace overlooks the gorgeous private pool with Roman steps. Sun beds are sprinkled around so that you can relax in the sun. Fire up the BBQ and impress your loved ones with a wonderful feast that you can enjoy al fresco style while enjoying a beautiful sunset.

The space exudes a rustic charm with beamed ceilings, tiled floors, and lovely local fabrics. The open-plan layout gives the space an airy feel and you can relax in the air-conditioned living room with your favorite series on the satellite TV. Enjoy a great book on the comfortable sofas or on the rocking chair in front of the ornamental fireplace. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen that features a full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area with a wall-mounted, long bench or around the small table in the kitchen.

A dedicated staff is at your service to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Linens are changed weekly and towels every four days. Heating is available in the colder months and there is convenient onsite parking for those arriving by car. On-demand services like a baby cot or crib can be organized at a minimal charge.
